This stilt home comes with all the comforts and conveniences of some of the best resorts available in Florida. The full kitchen has every appliance needed along with a beautiful outdoor dining area, new Trek deck 2015 on upstairs deck and another outdoor bar and snack area downstairs near the pool. You will love the heated pool and spa in your private gated paradise. It is fully equipped for family enjoyment or just that quiet time needed to get away for a bit.

Downstairs in the stilt home is one Queen bedroom with full bath and the family room has a pool table with 2 couches, and a 42" Flat screen television for fun times. Upstairs there is 1 King bedroom with flat screen and 3 Queen bedrooms, plus dining room, kitchen and living room which has 2 Queen sofa beds for CHILDREN ONLY under 75#. plus 42" flat screen television plus WI-FI. The password will be available in the home upon arrival. The entire property is fenced with 2 gates so if you have children, you will not have to worry about them wandering off.

Fort Myers Beach is actually a part of Lee County's Estero Island, a narrow strip of land that is 1 mile wide at its widest point.

Though, it is best known for its near-perfect climate, abundant sun kissed sandy beaches and ideal location for enjoying a wide range of water sports, this city offers much more than just a beach break for the vacationer.

The city is home to two golf courses and has abundant shopping and fine dining restaurants. Times Square is the hub of shopping and dining on Fort Myers Beach. This is the place to go if you are interested in nature as there are many birds living in the mangroves here.

This is also a great spot for shelling, boating, kayaking, bicycling, and jetskiing, parasailing, and of course, swimming. You can rent this equipment nearby.

There is a Publix Grocery within 1/2 mile and a library and marina.

Since the island is very narrow, you can walk to the back bay and there are many uninhabited keys within the bay that play host to hundreds of different species of birds, plants and mammals.

We offer a beach cooler that you can pull to carry your drinks/food to the beach, also 4 beach chairs. (Please remember to bring back) and wash off with hose on left side of the home.
