Rates are based on no more then six guests. Discount are available for stays of two weeks or more. A downpayment is required to hold Reservations. The full rental-rate minus the downpayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Cancellations require 60 days advance notice for refund of the downpayment. Weekly rentals rate do not include taxes (13%). Confirmed reservations are guaranteed at the current quoted rates.
