Without road or bridge access, Don Pedro is a true island with access by ferry only from Englewood. Home to many species of sea and land birds, its shores are frequented by dolphins, many birds, and sea turtles. The beach front villa features 5 miles of pristine beach, memorable sunsets, private community pool, Wi-Fi, tennis courts. 2-story, 2BR, 2.5 baths, lanai, balcony, dock, cable, sleeps 6.

The lagoon rental is a duplex fronting the lagoon and across the road from the beach, with easy beach access. Each unit is 1-story, 1BR, 1.5 baths, dock, satellite TV, sleeps 4.

Enjoy old Florida at its finest, with miles of secluded, pristine beach to help you rediscover peace, wellness and joy! Perfect setting for beach combing, swimming, sunning, water sports, and fishing. Or just sit back in the privacy of your lanai or balcony overlooking the beach, enjoying spectacular sunsets and an abundance of wildlife. Boats, golf carts, kayaks and paddle boards are available through advance rental on the mainland or island.

 

There is one restaurant, Rum Bay, on Palm Island, about a 5-min. car or golf cart ride from your unit. It offers delicious seafood and American cuisine for lunch and dinner in a casual, comfortable setting. There is also a small convenience store/gift shop and snack bar serving morning coffee and breakfast, snacks and ice cream treats. A water taxi travels from Rum Bay to Leverock's Seafood Restaurant on the mainland. Shopping, groceries, and dining in a variety of cuisines and prices is available on the mainland, as are various wildlife preserves and parks.

Lagoon front: 1-story, 1BR, 1.5 bath, sleeps 4: $150/night...$1000/week

Deposit of $500 (beachfront) or $350 (lagoon front)is required. This deposit is not part of the actual rental amount and is fully refundable minus any damage that may have occurred during your stay. Before departing, we ask that all dirty dishes be washed and put away, all trash be placed in trash bin outside, turn off A/C and lights. All linens from beds used are to be placed in washer/dryer area. Check-in 4:00 p.m. Check-out 10:00 a.m.. Sorry, due to allergic reaction some people suffer, NO PETS ALLOWED (no exceptions). Maximum 6 guests (beachfront) or 4 guests (lagoon front).
