This special 3 bedroom condo has a fully equipped kitchen and ample linens and beach towels. In the storage unit on your covered parking space are beach chairs and umbrellas. This unit is steps from the heated pool, your pathway to the beach and the gas grill. All you need to bring is your toothbrush!

Please note: The unit is upstairs on the lower level and there is no elevator.

Manasota Key is approximately 30 minutes south of Sarasota; 30 minutes north of Punta Gorda, one hour north of Fort Meyers; one and 1/2 hour south of Tampa; and about two+ hours from Orlando. Check in 3:00 pm day of arrival Check out 10:00 am day of departure (unless otherwise arranged)
