We bought this luxurious 3,200 sq. ft. 3 bedroom house because of its upscale construction, excellent layout, awesome lake view and location, location and location. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood near Tin City, Old Naples, the Gulf coast beaches and is surrounded by golf courses. The house has vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans in every room including the patio. Our designer furnished it with quality throughout with most rooms overlooking the oversized 15x30 heated-pool and spa and the lake. Just picture the exquisite view as you open the 12-foot sliding patio doors that overlook the pool and the lake.



The extended 36x45 foot screened-in lanai is great for sunbathing and faces southwest for wonderful evening views. We are ready to share it with some long-term guests who will call it home.
This home has a fully equipped lake-view kitchen with a breakfast nook and a formal dining room that seats 8-10. The lanai also seats 6 around the table. There are cabled TV/VCRS in the king guest bedrooms as well as in the queen/twin guest bedroom. Also, the family room with lake views has a 54'' cabled smart television and a VCR/DVD combo. You can watch the "big game" while swimming in the heated pool or cooking on the Weber Silver Genesis barbecue grill.

 

 

The formal living room has a pull out queen-size sofa bed and a matching loveseat. Our home is only rented four times per year and is professionally maintained throughout the year.
The master king-bedroom suite has a 25'' cabled television with a VCR/DVD combo. The oversized walk-in closet includes a dressing area. The huge master bath has a luxurious spa-bath, marble his and her separate vanities a seated makeup area and the added bonus of his and her shower/toilet rooms. The granite-counter kitchen is completely furnished with extras such as a refrigerator with an in-door ice-maker, dishware for 12, a new convection combo microwave and both a one cup and a 12 cup coffee maker. The house has central air conditioning, a three-car garage with door opener, his-and-her bicycles, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, luggage racks, contemporary patio furniture, and beach chairs.

The electronic amenities also include multiple telephones, smoke detectors and emergency lighting. The house is located on one floor and is completely tiled for better handicap accessibility. One bathroom shower is walk-in. There is a four-inch step to get in the front door. The doorways are 29.5 inches wide.
The neighborhood has a walking/running trail around another nearby lake. It is only a short half-mile walk or ride to the restaurants and grocery store in the full-service shopping plaza. The house is located 5 miles from Tin City, 5 miles from Old Naples and 6 miles from the gulf coast beaches. This location is surrounded by public and semi-private golf courses. A short drive brings you to Old Naples 3rd Street and 5th Avenue restaurants and stores, Marco Island's famous Tiger Tail Beach, boating, water skiing and fishing rentals, the exclusive ''Village Shops", the Coastland Center Mall, the Caribbean Gardens Zoo, Naples Botanical Garden, Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve. Also, the quiet executive ''par 4'' golf course is only 12 miles away. This is the best location to enjoy all of the Naples’s area highlights. On the one hand, you will never want to leave the house...but when you do...everything is close by!
