Cost:
We swap pictures at no cost...any time.
Add pictures one-at-a time... each picture you add costs $5.
Ad upgrades
... upgrade your 4 Picture Showcase Ad to a 7 picture Plex Ad...one-time
upgrade cost is $15. Your annual cost goes from $105 to $120 (for
discounted ads the jump is from $85 to $100).

upgrade cost is $35. Your annual cost goes from $105 to $140 (for
discounted ads the jump is from $85 to $120).

How to change / add
pictures:
After closing this window, you will be back on
the "Send Pictures" page. When you click the "Go" button to send
pictures as email attachments, your own email program will open, ready for
you to attach pictures. Please be clear about what you wish to do.
The first picture (top left of your page) is #1. Then pictures are
counted from left to right and moving down the page and on to second page
(if you have more than one page displaying pictures) as #2, #3, #4 etc.
Your instructions should read like: "Replace # 1 with new picture of
beach, add new picture of living room in position #3 and move old picture #3
to second page" etc. Optional... better still to describe new pictures
with actual file names! |

To get the most out of your web page, you will need to provide good pictures.
PICTURES FOR GOOD BASIC
4 PICTURE PRESENTATION
For best presentation...a nice exterior shot, one of the interior showing a
spacious area (usually the living room) and one of the water or pool... or
something that says "This is the Gulf Coast and it is beautiful !"
MORE PICTURES...BETTER RESULTS...It's a given... more pictures show more of your
property and the prospective tenant will be more likely to rent your property if
he or she can gain a feeling of familiarity.
Note: exterior shots taken at about 10:00
AM or 3:00 PM on a sunny day are best. Avoid shooting around noon; shots taken under the
glaring mid-day sun tend to make colors look washed out.

If you are
sending pictures attached to an email:
for best results, send your images in jpg or jpeg
format, at 100 dpi or better. Images in 'landscape' orientation work best
when 4.5" wide x 3" high. Images in 'portrait' orientation work best when
3" wide x 4.5 inches high.
Other
picture sizes...
Our other standard sizes are: 3.25" x 3.25"
(square), 6" x 2" (wide) or 2.75" x 4" (tall). In all cases, resolution
should be at least 100 dpi. If you have odd sizes...no problem, we will make
adjustments as needed.
